Exchange Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We do not offer returns or refunds.

We only offer an exchange in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong size.

Exchange Conditions

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please provide clear photos or a video of the issue.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Courier Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong item, wrong size sent by us, or damaged product), we will bear the courier charges.
  • If the exchange is requested because the customer selected the wrong size, the customer will bear the courier charges.
