Exchange Policy
At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We do not offer returns or refunds.
We only offer an exchange in the following cases:
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong size.
Exchange Conditions
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please provide clear photos or a video of the issue.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
Courier Charges
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong item, wrong size sent by us, or damaged product), we will bear the courier charges.
- If the exchange is requested because the customer selected the wrong size, the customer will bear the courier charges.
